Celia Samson started early in her teens during the 1970s designing her own accessories as a hobby. Her parents are also fond of jewels but it was with her close association to her aunt, Consuelo Ayala that she intensely developed her craft.

Celia has her own goldsmith, who would painstakingly implement her designs until he conforms to Celia's exacting standards and quality control. Then as she wears those jewels, she earned complements from her friends that would eventually result to them buying the pieces from her.
